Manheim BIC Church Info & Worship Hours
Manheim Church worships together at 9:00 AM and at 10:30 AM on Sunday mornings. There is no difference in the style of their worship services. We are invited to worship at both services. After you’ve had time to process these changes, it would be helpful to know which time you plan to worship. Please shoot Pastor Jay an email.
On December 18, January 22, and February 19, our Covered Dish get-togethers will happen at approximately noon following the second worship service onsite at Manheim Church.
Manheim BIC Worship and Christmas 2011
Manheim Church will be worshiping on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. (As of 11/21/11) Though times are not yet posted for evening services, through worship on Sunday mornings, times will be announced. Be welcomed to visit the website to discover more details as they emerge.
How Will Offerings Work?
You will give or send your offerings to Mike Michener (1040 Earls Court; Lititz, PA 17543). You can hand Mike offerings on Sunday mornings when we gather to worship @ Manheim Church; at a LIFE Group gathering during the week; or mail them directly to Mike.
The Atlantic Conference of the BIC Church has committed to subsidizing us through February 012. During this time, Pastor Jay’s take home salary will be covered by our Conference. Everything we give will go together to pay Penn Cinema; back rent @ Reidenbaugh Elementary; payroll taxes; pastor’s health insurance; the balance of cost associated with New Neighbor mailings; and minor operating expenses
Can I Join A LIFE Group Right Now?
YES! If you want to connect to a LIFE group throughout this transition time, that would be a great way to have a stronger bond that helps you along. Pastor Jay will be able to best convey information about LIFE Groups around December 4. (It will take time for LIFE Groups to formulate and communicate plans.) Shoot Pastor Jay an email on or after December 4 so that you can know the latest times, locations, and information
How Will I Deal With My Children?
Children will be able to participate actively within Manheim Church’s Children’s ministry. Please feel free to explore Manheim’s website and to contact Manheim Church with any questions associated with their multi-tiered children’s ministry.
What Does This Mean For Youth?
Manheim Church has a strong youth ministry. Where ever your students currently participate in youth is fine. Youth are welcomed to worship with parents at Manheim Church and are also encouraged to consider exploring Manheim’s youth info. This is a “no pressure” deal. Parents and students are encouraged to make the individual decisions that will work best in your home. Feel free to contact Manheim Church for additional information.
If you have any questions, please contact Pastor Jay at JayRairigh@thecrossingslancasterpa.com
